We always answer the call.

We do what it takes to get it done. Big or small.

Process keeps things moving—but it’s grit, know-how, and real people that get the job done. We don’t just check boxes. We listen, adapt, and do whatever it takes to deliver. We ask questions, pay attention when things change, and we make sure we’re locked in on what matters most to you. No two jobs are the same, so we figure out what matters to you and make sure we hit it.

“I’m nothing without my team. And we are nothing without our Clients. People might not remember every building we put up or every project we finished—but I hope they remember that we were fair, dependable, and damn good at what we did.”

Our Story

In the beginning, he was an architect.  Mark DiGanci, founder and owner of DCS Midwest, didn’t just want to design buildings—he wanted to build them.

He quickly realized that drafting plans wasn’t enough --he wanted to see his ideas come to life in steel, concrete, and brick. Armed with a deep understanding of both the technical and strategic sides of construction, a sharp design sensibility, and a talent for solving problems on the fly, the goal was to deliver high-end design results that real Clients could actually afford to build.

From day one, his vision for DCS Midwest was clear: keep the team small, smart, and strong. He built a culture around creativity, hustle, and constant improvement—leading with a mix of energy, empathy, and expertise. Together with his right-hand, COO Matt Friedman, the two form a powerhouse leadership team—bringing decades of experience, technical know-how, and a get-it-done mindset to every project.

Today, DCS Midwest’s reach spans multiple industries, with projects across the country and around the world. Along the way, they've built more than just buildings—they’ve built long-term partnerships, fostering Client relationships that have lasted decades. DCS has grown and continues to grow with their Clients —wherever the work leads.
