This transformative project redefined a 140,000 SF manufacturing and distribution facility for Garrett’s Popcorn, turning an aging space into astate-of-the-art production hub. The scope spanned exterior upgrades, full interior demolition, comprehensive site upgrades, and a meticulousretrofit of the existing infrastructure—including major MEP overhauls and installation of advanced food processing, mixing, and packaging lines.Working hand-in-hand with the Garrett team, we developed an entirely new production layout designed to maximize efficiency from cooking tofinal shipment. Every phase—every detail—was analyzed and optimized. The biggest challenge was seamlessly integrating a modern system intothe existing footprint and bringing it online without disrupting a single day of production. No downtime. No lost output. Just smart planning,rigorous testing, and flawless execution.Employee areas were also reimagined, with brand-new locker rooms, break spaces, meeting rooms, and a welcoming lobby—all reflectingGarrett’s commitment to quality, not just in product but in workplace experience.
